Quick Prayers

Morning opening

Before you touch your phone

Before school or work

Right before you walk in

When you're being tempted

In the moment — say this out loud

When you're angry

Before you respond, say this first

Before fasting

Wednesday and Friday, when you wake up

Late at night when your thoughts won't stop

When the room is dark and your mind is loud

When someone you love is suffering

For a sick friend, a broken family, a loss

Before going to confession

On the way to church, in the car or on the bus

When you feel completely alone

When no one seems to understand you
