    Advices and Teaching From Monks

Advices and Teaching from Monks   (Part 2) ✍A lesson about humility of heart   Saint Basil. Salvation of the heart means, in any work, I am less from all people. Psalm 21:6 Matthew 18:1. ✍Father Jacob spoke about light and darkness   When a lamp enters a dark house, it dispels the darkness and illuminates the house. In the same way, if the fear of God enters the heart of a person, he will enlighten his heart and teach him good things and the commandments of God.   ✍A lecture about Father Mekars   Second, the Archbishop of Alexandria, Athanatheos, sent a message to Father Yamo to come down from the monastery and come to Arsu. As he came along the road, he saw a singing woman and his eyes wept. The monks who were going with him asked Abba why did your eyes cry. He told them that I thought of two things: One: The fault of this woman who lost her life. The second: This woman strives to please man, but I did not strive to please God, and therefore I weep.
