    True Meekness on the Other

Hand Is the Fruit of Humility Virtue

Continued 👇🏾 ✍🏾True meekness, on the other hand, is the fruit of humility, virtue, patience, and self-control. It is one of the fruits of the Holy Spirit (Gal. 5:22). ✍🏾Therefore, meekness is a spiritual virtue that grows through prayer, is nourished by reading the Holy Scriptures, strengthened by hearing the Word of God, and perfected through the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Meekness is a sacred Christian heritage that enables us to imitate Christ in our daily lives and to follow the example of the saints. That is why our Lord taught, “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth” that is, the kingdom of heaven (Matt. 5:5). ✍🏾The kingdom of heaven is not inherited through cleverness or human wisdom, but through spiritual wisdom and meekness. As King David said, “The Lord is near to those who are meek in heart, and He saves the humble in spirit” (Ps. 33:18). Therefore, we must strive to be meek in heart so that God may dwell near us. May the God of the meek and the God of the saints grant us His holy grace to cleanse our hearts from pride and evil, and unite us with the meek who shall inherit eternal life. Amen. Part 14 Continues ... May the name of the Holy God be praised forever and ever in every tongue that He has created, today and always. May the blessings of God's mother, the virgin, and the cross be upon us. Amen. © John's Repentance Reach out to us on our social media platforms and share it with your friends:https://linktr.ee/johnsrepentance
