    The Spirit of Anxiety Dear

and Respected Members Who Follow the Orthodox

    #anxiety
The spirit of #anxiety Dear and respected members who follow the orthodox education and spiritual service that we convey on the John's Repentance website; Based on the title mentioned in above, we have sent you the following important lesson, so we entrust you to read and learn from it. Although there are different levels to it, anxiety is a regular experience and challenge for everyone. But our Lord Jesus Christ told us "don't worry about anything". There is nothing permitted or commanded to worry about. But what if we are still worried? We should remember that we are told 'Throw all your worries and thoughts on me'. Jesus Christ is the only king of peace who assures us that if we leave all our worries on him, we will find a solution by presenting himself as a surety. Rich investors, not even our parents can guarantee that everything will be alright. So the secret to living without worry is to trust in Him and be above the things that can worry us. "He cares about you, so cast all your worries on Him." 1 Peter 5:7 For this, we must trust God and understand the dignity of our bodies and the meaning of our identity. And this is what our Lord commanded us in His Word: "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." Matthew 6:33 Man was created to subdue the earth from its creatures. (Genesis 1:28) All creatures other than humans were created to better the lives of humans. The only ruler over mankind is the Creator. And the price paid by the creator is the final price. Therefore, the creator is the God of freedom and the king of peace. And he created man to be the heir of the kingdom, the exponent of his glory. Therefore, he does not want worries, harm and destruction. For this reason, he told us "Don't worry about anything." Therefore, if a person understands his meaningful self, he will not succumb to anxiety. Even if there is something to worry about, he casts it on his God who created him with a meaningful being and he rests. "The Lord is at hand. Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God." Philippians 4:6. We don't have a better option than this, because nothing changes with the amount of stress. "Who can add a cubit to his height by being anxious?" (Matthew 6:27) What we need to understand here is that don't worry doesn't mean be complacent. Don't worry, it doesn't mean we shouldn't plan. Don't worry means give it to God who has better things than you. "He cares about you, so cast all your worries on Him." 1 Peter 5:7 Compassion and anxiety are different. Anxiety means worrying and worrying about spiritual and physical issues that have happened or are expected to happen. So, anxiety/worry is something we can't change or think beyond our control. Planning for the future and thinking about tomorrow has nothing to do with anxiety. Likewise, worry has nothing to do with planning for the future. To think today, to achieve what we thought, to work hard, is expected of us and will make our life sweeter tomorrow. But when our peace is disturbed, when our stability is lost, when we are unable to communicate with others, when we are lonely, when we are constantly depressed, when we fail to do our work properly, then we are not thinking, but we are worrying. Usually, when we weigh the things that we have burdened our conscience against the reality, their burden is less than what we have estimated and given to them. That's why many people say, "was that all for why I was so depressed?," after paying a high price for anxiety. When a person gives in to something that scares them, the result is to ignore the problem. But the solution is to ask the God we worship and make a firm decision, to generate a solution with prayer, and not to ignore the problem with conscience. Methods and spiritual advice to help us prevent #Anxiety Dear and respected members who follow the orthodox education and spiritual service that we convey on the John's Repentance website; recall that we have taught about the nature of anexity yesterday. Today, we have sent you the next part regarding the cause and solution of anxiety as follows, so we entrust you to read and learn from it. 1) First of all, it is important to identify the cause of our anxiety Anxiety stays in our life for a long time and it makes our life miserable when we don't know the real reason of the anxiety. Many people fall into this dilemma and are heard to say, "I don't even know what's bothering me." But most of the time, when we examine the root of our anxiety, we find it to be fear. And fear is a bully against those who do not have faith in God and the weak. In addition, the so-called sources of stress, such as sadness, panic, conflict and anger, are directly or indirectly the source and aggravating means of stress. Therefore, if we are not able to calmly examine the cause of our anxiety and find a solution to the problem, it will deprive us of many good things and our inner peace. Therefore, it is important to identify the source of our anxiety. We should also distance ourselves from negative emotions. And we're told we can't make a difference by worrying. "Who can add a cubit to his stature by being worried about you?" (Matthew 6:27) If we know the root cause of the problem, we should not take the problem seriously. Often, when we weigh the things we weigh in our conscience, they weigh less than we have given them. That's why many people say, "That's why I'm so depressed," after paying a high price for anxiety. When a person gives in to something that scares them, the result is to ignore the problem. But the solution is to support the God we worship and make a firm decision to deal with it through prayer, but not to ignore the problem with conscience. 2) The battle of the spirit If we don't know the real cause and consequences of the problem or the situation that is making us streas, or if we are stressed without facing anything to worry about, this means that there is an evil spirit that is fighting against us. This type of problem is common among many people and we need to walk away from this mentality once we know that we are victims of this. Therefore, by taking spiritual medicine, which means by fasting, praying, prostrating, believing, listening to the word of God, holding prayer, we silence the spirit of anxiety that has made our whole life a battlefield. 3) Believe in God
