    Her Resting and Translation After

Her Repose in the Flesh the Apostles

Continued 👇🏾 Her Resting and Translation After her repose in the flesh, the apostles prepared to bury her body. Yet because of the malice of the Jews, our Lord bestowed another glory upon her: her body was carried from Gethsemane and placed in Paradise under the Tree of Life for two hundred and five days, until the sixteenth of Nehase. Just as Christ, by His divine power, rose from the dead, so too did His Mother share in the victory of resurrection. Thus was fulfilled the prophecy of the Song of Songs: “Arise, my beloved, my beautiful one, and come away; for behold, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone. The flowers appear on the earth, the time of singing has come” (Song 2:10–12). All her earthly sufferings the exile in Egypt, the hunger and thirst, the anguish at the Cross when the sword pierced her soul were transformed into eternal joy. The Glory of the Resurrection of Our Lady Now she no longer beholds her Son crucified but glorified. She no longer weeps in sorrow but rejoices in the eternal kingdom, where there is no pain, no death, no separation. She has entered into the place where the saints receive their crowns, where she reigns in glory above all creation. Among the thirty-three feasts of Our Lady, the most exalted is the 16th of Nehase, the day of her holy Ascension. From the 17th to the 21st of Nehase, her resurrection is celebrated for five days, just as we celebrate the Resurrection of her Son for fifty days. Nehase 18 – Memorial of her Resurrection Nehase 19 – Memorial of her Resurrection Nehase 20 – Memorial of her Resurrection Nehase 21 – Memorial of her Resurrection Exhortation to the Faithful Beloved children of God, let us therefore honor the Mother of our Lord with joy and purity of heart. She is our intercessor, our refuge, and our hope before the throne of her Son. Whoever remembers her with faith shall obtain mercy, forgiveness, and blessing. May the name of the Holy God be praised forever and ever in every tongue that He has created, today and always. May the blessings of God's mother, the virgin, and the cross be upon us. Amen. © John's Repentance Reach out to us on our social media platforms and share it with your friends:https://linktr.ee/johnsrepentance
