A Day to Be Remembered
Therefore, this Friday, the first after the Resurrection, is not to be overlooked. For she is crowned with the glory of all that the Church possesses:
The Cross
The Resurrection
The Spirit
The Sacraments
The Preaching of the Apostles
The Teaching of the Truth
The Miraculous Power given to the Saints
And the Church herself, standing radiant as the Bride of the Lamb, clothed in white, born from Calvary.
Let us honor this day with reverence. Let us approach it not as another passing Friday, but as a living memorial of the Church’s birth and destiny.
May the name of the Holy God be praised forever and ever in every tongue that He has created, today and always.
May the blessings of God's mother, the virgin, and the cross be upon us.
