    👆 He Clothed Himself in

    Flesh

Continued 👆🏽 He clothed Himself in flesh. He walked among us. He bore our griefs and carried our sorrows. And when the time had come, He offered Himself—not gold or silver, but His own precious blood. As the holy Apostle Peter teaches, “You were not redeemed with corruptible things...but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.” (1 Peter 1:18-19) O mystery of divine love! O charity beyond comprehension! Saint Yared, the lamp of our Church, sings in holy song: “He did not redeem us with gold, but with His blood.” What heart can remain hardened when it beholds such love? What soul can stay idle in the presence of such sacrifice? 2. Understanding What He Has Done for Us Not only did He create us, but when we became lost in our transgressions, He came to find us. He rescued us, restored us, and gave us a new name and inheritance in the Kingdom. To love, then, is to live in this truth daily—to look upon every man as a bearer of the image of God, and to see in every suffering soul an opportunity to show the love we ourselves have received. The one who understands how deeply he has been loved, cannot help but love in return. Conclusion Beloved, if we are to stand on the Day of Judgment with confidence, we must live now in the love that fulfills the Law and the Prophets. Let us not seek loopholes, like the lawyer of old, nor justify indifference. Rather, let us walk in mercy, with sincerity, with brokenness, and with compassion. Let us remember: the commandments of God are not burdensome to the one who loves. And love is not mere sentiment—it is sacrifice, patience, action, and truth. If we walk in this love, we walk in God. For “God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.” (1 John 4:16) May the name of the Holy God be praised forever and ever in every tongue that He has created, today and always. May the blessings of God's mother, the virgin, and the cross be upon us.
