Sick Man Who Desires Healing Must Follow

Continued👆🏽 Obedience and Spiritual Guidance A sick man who desires healing must follow the physician’s advice. Likewise, a repentant soul must listen to the spiritual instructions given by the priest. To confess and then ignore the guidance given is like a man who plants seeds but refuses to water them. True repentance requires that we follow the path laid before us, diligently applying the remedies given for our spiritual well-being. Wrestling with God in Prayer Repentance is not a passive act; it is a struggle, a wrestling of the soul with God. The Lord Himself invites us, saying: “Come, let us reason together, says the Lord; though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow.” (Isaiah 1:18) No matter how great our sins, they are not greater than God’s mercy. The blood of Christ is sufficient to cleanse the deepest stains. But we must come before Him in sincerity, confessing, repenting, and striving to live anew. May the name of the Holy God be praised forever and ever in every tongue that He has created, today and always. May the blessings of God's mother, the virgin, and the cross be upon us. Amen. © John's Repentance Reach out to us on our social media platforms and share it with your friends: https://linktr.ee/johnsrepentance
