The shepherds, astonished and filled with faith, went to Bethlehem and found the Holy Family just as the angel had said. They became the first human witnesses and evangelists of the Lord’s birth, glorifying God and sharing the good news with all.

The Magi and the Star: A Sign to the Nations
Not only was the birth of Christ announced on earth, but the heavens also declared His arrival. A new and radiant star appeared in the sky, guiding wise men from the East to Jerusalem.
The Magi sought the King of the Jews and brought gifts rich in symbolism:
Gold – A tribute to Christ’s kingship.
Frankincense – A recognition of His divine priesthood.
Myrrh – A prophecy of His sacrificial death and burial.
The star led them to Bethlehem, where they bowed down and worshiped the Child, acknowledging Him as both God and King. Their journey reminds us that Christ’s birth was not for one nation alone but for the salvation of all people.

A Call to Spiritual Renewal
Beloved, Christ was born to set us free from the bondage of sin and death. He has broken the chains of the devil, and as those who have been redeemed, we must live in holiness and love.
Let us repent of our sins, for we do not know the hour of our departure from this world. Let us be cleansed through confession and partake worthily of His holy body and precious blood, preparing ourselves for His heavenly kingdom.

A Feast of Joy, Peace, and Salvation
As we celebrate the Nativity, let us remember that Christ’s birth is a call to transformation. It is a day to meditate on God’s boundless love, to offer Him praise, and to embrace unity, peace, and love.
Let us join the angelic chorus, proclaiming:
"Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men!"
May the light of the Nativity shine in our hearts, guiding us to holiness and eternal joy. Let this feast be a time of spiritual renewal, where we reflect on the mystery of God’s love made flesh.
May the Virgin who bore the Son of God intercede for us, and may the Cross, the instrument of our salvation, remain ever glorious!
Amen!
May the name of the Holy God be praised forever and ever in every tongue that He has created, today and always.
May the blessings of God's mother, the virgin, and the cross be upon us. Amen.
