Rejoice in Christ’s Sacrifice
Finally, the ultimate source of our happiness is found in Christ Himself. In receiving His body and blood in the Holy Eucharist, we partake in the deepest union with Him, the end of all our striving and the beginning of true joy. Every action we take, every thought we think, every prayer we utter, should lead us to this divine union. Christ is the wellspring of eternal joy, and in Him alone can we find true and lasting happiness.
