The Neglected Facets of Unity
It is a lamentable truth, observed with a heavy heart, that many among us have confined their understanding of the Church to its physical manifestations, neglecting the profound dimensions of personal sanctification and communal unity. Such an oversight diminishes the richness of our Christian vocation, for the edifice of faith is built not of stone and mortar, but of living stones, each believer a vital part of the holy structure.
The Exhortations of Saint Ignatius on Unity
Saint Ignatius, a beacon of early Christian wisdom, ardently emphasized the indispensability of unity, teaching us that God's presence is forfeited amidst division and strife.
