8. ንጽሕ ልቡና (Pure Hearts)- Perfection
Pure heart means level of perfection; When a person reaches a pure heart, his soul separates from his body and goes to the world of angels, but his eyes, like any other person, see and his body becomes warm; His eyes are not closed like a dead man's. But his soul will return after spending some time praising God with the angels and being inspired and happy with the delicious song. But the angels do not want this soul to be separated from them. These are likened to a seed that bears 100 (percent) fruit.
The names of pure hearts and virtues are ‘ንጻሬ መላእክት’, 'ተሰጥሞ' and ‘ከዊነ እሳት'. The first is the state of seeing angels, the second is "drowning in the light" which is swimming in the light. As it was said to God, "There is no darkness in you", it means that when the saints reach this level, they will not know darkness, and this light is provided by God.
9 ንጻሬ መላእክት
ንጻሬ መላእክት - means to see angels. One may ask 'Have we not seen angels in this world at the earlier stages like 'lbawe' above? But those who have reached the rank of Lbawe, seeing the angels, do they not know who they are and why they came? On the other hand, those who have reached the level of angels are entering the angels in their world, and thus they are entering the world of angels through inspiration. These saints go to the world of angels in their souls or in their bodies and visit every city; And they will hear their music. And their thanksgiving is united with the angels, and they give thanks together, saying holy, holy, holy. The subtle angels take on bodies and appear to them in clouds and clouds. They reach the rank of angels. They admire the abode and glory of angels and speak in the language of angels. /11 Cor 6:3; Rev. 12:8-9; 1 Cor 13:1/. This title is superior to Huset. Fathers who reach this rank are hidden from their enemies and demons; They know the secrets of heaven..
10 ተሰጥሞ (swim)
As a fish lives drowned in the sea; The conscience of fathers who reach this rank is quiet; They bathe (swim) in light that is supreme, vast, subtle; Their lives will be bright. They will be completely happy. / 2 Cor 6:10; Philip 3:1/ As vultures and eagles fly in the sea of air, as fish swim in the sea, the saints who have drowned and reached the rank swim in the ocean of light above; They float. This ocean of light is the grace of God. Their minds will be bathed in that light. They become perfect and attain purity of heart. / Eph 5:13-14; Revelation 11:12-17; 12:1-5/.
'ከዊነ እሳት' it means to become like fire. This is the final level of qualification. When saints reach this rank, they become like fire, their bodies are surrounded by light; They are like fire from their feet to their heads /John 5:5/. Saints of this rank forget their own way of life. And their souls can remain inspired for many days. Because conscience and fathers have been given a pure heart, they reach the level of seeing God (Holy Trinity) in different models and examples. Our Lord said, "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God" (Matthew 5:8). What honor, what knowledge is greater than seeing the Creator; God will explain it to them as much as they can understand it. But God cannot be seen in His nature. /John 1:18/
When St. Basilius Zechariah was teaching , insects used to fall down burning on his clothes as if they fall in fire, this means that these are heretics and demons. the wealth of burning them is to reach this stage. here and it is possible to grow in holiness.
sometimes we all want to be perfect, and it is to say it is possible to grow in holiness. For example, for those who have not started fasting, we should fast on the first day until two, three o'clock, the next day until four o'clock, then until five o'clock. When we arrive at each efforts of steps, we will gradually grow spiritually and be perfect for that level, meaning God will do everything for us.
