About Holy #Christos #Semara Our mother, Saint Christos Samra, was born in the district of Shewa Bulga. Her given name was Saint Gaye, and she was born to her God-fearing parents, Saint Deresani and Saint Eleni, on May 20th. Her parents, impressed by her character, raised her with a deep understanding of the laws of God and the order of the church. She later gave birth to eleven children from her husband, Samre Giorgis, nine of whom were males and two of whom were females. During the reign of Emperor Gebre Meskel, Saint Christos Samra became a righteous Ethiopian who was universally praised for her morals and religion. Upon hearing of her fame, Emperor Gebre Meskel sent 174 servants from among his own to serve her. He also sent her many horses, mules, clothes made of silk and gold, fit for the wives of kings, and shoes of gold. However, Saint Christos Samra did not want any of these things, saying, "I will be hindered and praised for my purpose, the gold and jewelry will be sold and used to feed the poor, but what will I do with these servants?" She asked to God for guidance. A few days later, Saint Michael, the archangel, whose face shines like the sun, came to her with three loaves of bread in his hand and said, "O Kristos Samra, Behold, eat this bread, for God has given it to you in His kindness." Saint Christos Samra thanked her Creator and received the bread from the angel's hand. She ate it, and the aroma and taste fortified her body. As a result, she did not eat food or drink water for three days because the Holy Spirit was within her. One day, one of her servants which was very troublesome angered her very much and St. Kristos Samra put fire in the servant's mouth. The fire went up to the servant's throat and killed her. Saint Christos Samra was shocked and went into another room, confessing her sins to God. She was very sad and regretful for her loss. God heard her prayer and resurrected her servant from the dead. Our mother Saint Christos Samra said, "Glory be to the God who has not neglected my pleas and has not removed His kindness from me and His servant." She took her baby and went to Mount Lebanon. As she left, the ogre, who lived with gentleness and care, made a trail despite the many barriers and obstacles. She cut the flesh and threw it to the ground, her blood spilling on the ground. The baby she was carrying was a boy, and she put him down at the door. When the baby was crying bitterly, one of the nuns wanted to take him to her sanctuary. When the baby was crying, the Archangel Saint Michael snatched him away and placed him in heaven. On one of the days, Saint Michael took her out of the fire, carried her on his wings, and brought her to the island of Tana. She remained there like a planted pillar in the sea for twelve years, standing and praying without coming out until her body was broken and became a passageway for sea fish. After twelve years, our Lord appeared to her and made a promise to her. After this, she spent her entire life in great struggle, and our Lord visited her with His Holy Mother every now and then. Saint Michael, her guardian of all time, blessed her. Our holy mother Christ used to go to the blessed country of Samara and talk with the saints living there for seven days. She was going back to the land of the living where Enoch and Elijah were. Once, on the other side of Tana, there was a monk named Mekabe God, and an angel called Tsilmat came to him and said, "If you deny the Creator and bury this medicine in your body, death and old age will not overtake you." However, the monk, being warned by the angel about this evil idea, buried his body in the ground. One day, God's punishment came upon the holy Christ and she prayed, "I send you peace and beg for your mercy. I have committed many sins, to the point of denying God who created me." At that time, our Holy Mother quickly got up and went to the church, being deeply saddened by the man's words, and pointed him towards his creator. About the birth of our Lady, the Virgin #Mary. Dear esteemed members of the John’s Repentance telegram channel, we are pleased to send you this lesson in celebration of the anniversary of our Lady's birth, which is celebrated on May 9th. The conception of the Holy Virgin Mary took place fifteen years before the Year of Mercy, in the year 5485 on the eve of the Year of Mercy. As the time for God to forgive His people drew near, the dove of peace appeared on earth to herald the end of destruction. Our Lady is descended from priests on her mother's side and kings on her father's side. Anyone who claims to know Christ but is ignorant of the Virgin Mary's identity, glory, holiness, and her role in the salvation of Adam's race is mistaken. Some people wrongly claim that the Bible doesn't provide much information about the Virgin Mary. But what needs to be said? It was prophesied in advance that she would give birth to the Lord God, who made heaven, the throne, the earth, the footstool, the sanctity that is the money of nature, and all the creatures that were found by him in the past, and the infinite things that were found in him, the subtle and the giant that was held in the palm of his hand and appeared in front of his eyes. Later, the angel informed her that the time had come. And she gave birth to him, just as she was told. What could be more amazing than saying that she gave birth to the creator, nursed the milk of the all-giver, contained everything, carried Him in her womb, and carried Him on her back? Our Lady, the Holy Virgin Mary, is the purest of all people, the city of God. Her sanctity is unmatched. When we say, “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb!" we are acknowledging God's plan to save humankind through a human being who was a pure seed passed down through the loins of the fathers. Through this plan, we were saved from destruction. (Luke 1:42) "Unless the Lord of hosts Had left to us a very small remnant, We would have become like Sodom, We would have been made like Gomorrah." (Isaiah 1:9) Therefore, Our Lady is a saint who has never been touched by the sin of Adam and Eve that was passed down to generations. As it is written in the Book of Negere Mariam(ነገረ ማርያም), the ancestors of Our Lady on her mother's side, Hana, were named Petrika Tekta(ጴጥሪቃ ቴክታ ), and both of them were pious and God-fearing people who trusted in their God with all their hearts without doubt. They were very rich at that time. One day, Petrikah's friend went into the archives and saw the amount of wealth and said to his wife, Tekta, "Even the money we collected would have been saved for our grandchildren. You and I are barren and we have no children to inherit." She thought that he meant that he wanted to have a child, so she said to him in sadness, "If the Lord Israel does not give you a child from me, he will give you someone else, marry someone else and have a child." He said, "The God of Israel knows that I will not do this, and that I will not think it in my heart."
