To summarize, it is necessary to understand the meaning of sin, acknowledge that we are sinners, confess all sins without omitting any details, and realize that we are not only confessing to the priest but also to God. Additionally, when we repent, we should not make excuses, such as blaming Satan or others. We should accept responsibility for our actions and believe that God is merciful and forgiving.
In regards to how we should confess, we should write down our sins so we don't forget anything during confession. We should not sugarcoat our sins in anyway but rather say them as they are, admitting guilt and responsibility. We should confess our sins in detail and not make superficial statements like 'I lied'. What was the lie? Why did you lie? To whom did you lie? What are the causes and effects of the lie? What are you doing to make sure this doesn't happen again?
We can learn from the stories of those who have been forgiven, as well as follow the canons given to us by the priest. It is crucial to follow these canons precisely and accept the Holy Flesh and Precious Blood without any hindrance. After confessing and fulfilling the canons, there is nothing stopping us from receiving the Holy Body and Blood.
However, after repentance, we must stay away from sin and strive to listen to the word of God, seek advice from teachers, and sanctify ourselves. If we unintentionally fall into sin, we should rise up with repentance, and if we repeatedly fall, we must repent again and again. The journey towards God is long, and we should not separate ourselves from Him after repentance.
May the name of the Holy God be praised forever and ever in every tongue that He has created, today and always.
May the blessings of God's mother, the virgin, and the cross be upon us. Amen.
