The first #Friday of #Pascha
The sixth day of Easter is known as Good Friday.
The Holy Church was founded and redeemed by the blood of Christ because it is the one in which God incarnated and was tested.
As the Church was founded by the blood of Christ, this day is given great importance as a memorial to the Church. According to the teachings of the Church, the Holy Angels received Christ's blood in a cup of light on the day of His Resurrection and sprinkled it around the world. This is why the Church was built.
Another name for this Friday is the Ascension of Sheol. On this day, when souls came out of Sheol after 5500 centuries, our Lord broke His holy body on the cross and shed His precious blood, setting them free and blessing them with paradise. This day is named as the Ascension from Hell and is remembered on Friday, the sixth day after our Lord rose.
May we repent, eat His flesh, drink His blood, and become heirs of the Kingdom.
May the name of the Holy God be praised forever and ever in every tongue that He has created, today and always.
May the blessings of God's mother, the virgin, and the cross be upon us. Amen.
